- 16 ounces frozen peas thawed and drained
- 6 strips bacon cut into small pieces and cooked
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine peas, bacon, cheeses, onion and mayonnaise.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
