- 3 cups broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, broccoli florets, carrots, red onion, dried cranberries, and half of the toasted almonds.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, garnished with the remaining toasted almonds.
