Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, broccoli florets, carrots, red onion, dried cranberries, and half of the toasted almonds.

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

  • Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with the remaining toasted almonds.
