Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups dark chocolate drops
  • 2 cups white chocolate drops
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place the Oreos in your food processor and blitz them until they form a coarse crumb. Be sure to keep them coarse, not fine.
    Christmas Oreo Balls step 1
  • Add the cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and blend until the mixture comes together.
    Christmas Oreo Balls step 2
  • Use a cookie scoop, a spoon, or your hands to break off pieces of dough and roll them into smooth balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet and transfer them to the freezer for 30 minutes.
    Christmas Oreo Balls step 3
  • Melt the chocolate in two separate bowls (dark in one, white in the other). Dip each ball into the bowls in whichever fashion you prefer. Drizzle the opposing color of chocolate to make stripes for added fun, if you wish. Add sprinkles immediately, before the chocolate has time to set.
    Christmas Oreo Balls step 4
  • Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour so that the chocolate sets.
