2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using a mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
