Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl combine the butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Remove mushroom stems and toss mushrooms in the bowl.
  • Place mushrooms on a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Fill mushrooms with a scoop of cream cheese.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
