Easy and Oh-So Cute Unicorn Cupcakes
Anyone who loves unicorns needs to stop what they are doing and make these Unicorn Cupcakes. These oh-so adorable cupcakes are incredibly easy to make and the taste is sure to please. These yummy and colorful cupcakes are perfect for a party or something fun to make with your kids on a rainy afternoon.
Ingredients
- 12 cupcakes from your favorite recipe or boxed mix
- 2 to 3 cups vanilla frosting
- 6 miniature marshmallows
- Pink sprinkling sugar
- 12 rainbow swirl lollipops
- You will also need a large open star tip
Instructions
- Pipe frosting over cupcake in a circular direction working from the outside of the cupcake towards the center.
- Using a clean pair of scissors or a paring knife, cut each miniature marshmallow diagonally. Press the cut side into the pink sprinkling sugar and tap to remove excess. Place one marshmallow “ear” on each side of the cupcake.
- Check the length of the lollipop stem against the cupcake and trim excess if needed. Just before serving, insert one lollipop into the center of each cupcake.
