Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 6 black olives chopped
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 slices white bread lightly toasted
  • 4 slices tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Combine the first 5 ingredients, tossing with a fork until well combined.
    Combining feta cheese, basil, black olives, mayonnaise, and pepper for a Feta Basil Sandwich.
  • Spread about 1/2 of the mixture onto each of 2 bread slices. Top with tomato slices and bread.
