Prepare all the fruits by washing them thoroughly. Hull the strawberries, peel and slice the oranges and kiwis, and cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
Carefully thread the fruits onto the wooden skewers, alternating between strawberries, orange wedges, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, and finishing with a few blueberries at the top.
Arrange the fruit skewers on a platter and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
