Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries hulled
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or 1/4 cup almond milk plus 1/4 cup orange juice for a touch of citrus
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, spinach, chia seeds, almond milk (or almond milk and orange juice), and ice cubes into a blender.
