- 12 ounces plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cups watermelon
- Honey Splenda or other sweetener to taste
Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor.
Stain with a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, removing all seeds and pulp.
Add yogurt and blend well with a whisk.
Add sweetener to desired taste, stirring to blend.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
