Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons green onions finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and brush a 6-hole muffin tin with the olive oil.

  • Crack two eggs in each hole.
