Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat the olive oil. Add the pork chops and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add chicken broth to the pot. Secure the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', and select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' mode. Set the timer for 7 minutes.
  • Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the pork chops from the Instant Pot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
