- 4 boneless pork chops about 1-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat the olive oil. Add the pork chops and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Add chicken broth to the pot. Secure the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', and select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' mode. Set the timer for 7 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Remove the pork chops from the Instant Pot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
