Salad 1 large head Romaine lettuce chopped 1 pint small cherry tomatoes halved 1 cucumber peeled then cut in half and sliced 1/2 of one red onion diced 1 cup olives 1 cup Pepperoncini peppers sliced 1/2 cup pepperoni cut into halves 1/2 cup hard salami chopped 3 slices Asiago cheese chopped Pecorino Romano diced Italian Dressing 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar juice from 1/2 lemon 2 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
