Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag white chocolate chips 11 ounces
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup jelly beans

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Spread out half of the jelly beans into the bottom of the loaf pan.
  • Place chocolate chips and condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl.

  • Heat, uncovered, in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir vigorously, allowing the residual heat to help melt the chocolate.

  • Add the marshmallows to the chocolate and stir to coat. Return the chocolate to the microwave and stir every 15 seconds until melted. Do not overheat the chocolate as it will seize up.
