Looking for a sweet Easter treat? This Jelly Bean Fudge is just as delicious as it is beautiful! The beans pop from the fudge like brightly colored Easter eggs. Jelly Bean Fudge is simple to make and the perfect addition to your Easter dessert table.

Easter treat

If you enjoy eating jelly beans, you are going to want to try this yummy Easter sweet treat. It’s great enough to be served on the dessert table at your family’s egg hunt, or just make it for your family to eat at home.

You could even bag it up and send it to teachers or classmates as a special Easter treat!

The best part about this jelly bean fudge recipe is that it is flexible. You could use candy melts to do any base color for the fudge – I’m thinking a light green next time…and then use the jelly beans to look like beautifully dyed Easter eggs hidden in grass. How fun would that be?!

We used the classic jelly beans for our recipe, but you could always use Starburst jelly beans or even sour jelly beans if you wish!

Step 5: Add the marshmallows to the chocolate and stir to coat. Return the chocolate to the microwave and stir every 15 seconds until melted. Do not overheat the chocolate as it will seize up.

Step 6: Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Step 7: Pour the fudge over the jelly beans, pressing it down into an even layer between the jelly beans.

Step 8: Press remaining  jelly beans into the top of the fudge.

Step 9: Refrigerate overnight.

Step 10: For best results, bring to room temperature before cutting or use a knife heated with warm water and wiped dry to slice. Cut into squares.
