  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced (plus more for garnish)
