Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • You will also need: 10" cast iron pan, Mixing bowl, Wooden spoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°.
  • Grease a 10-inch cast iron pan with a little vegetable oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your sugar, butter, vanilla, and mix with a hand mixer.

  • Add in your egg and mix well.
  • Now add your flour, salt, and cinnamon and mix together.
  • Add your oats and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
  • Scoop your cookie dough into your cast iron pan and press down

  • Cook for about 23 minutes, until it is puffed, golden, and the edges have nicely browned.
