Preheat oven according to cookie dough package directions. Scoop cookie dough into balls, and place onto a baking sheet. Bake according to package directions.

Remove cookies from oven, and while they are still warm, use something small like a bottle cap to punch a hole in the center of each cookie. Once all of the centers have been removed, allow cookies to cool completely.

Melt chocolate morsels in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spoon into the corner of a plastic sandwich bag. Using scissors, snip a small piece from the corner of the bag. Drizzle warm chocolate over cookies. While the chocolate is still warm, shake sprinkles over cookies. Allow the chocolate to harden a bit, before serving. That's it. Easy peasy!
