Peanut Butter and Chocolate Wreath Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • Refrigerator peanut butter cookie dough
  • Chocolate morsels about one cup
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven according to cookie dough package directions. Scoop cookie dough into balls, and place onto a baking sheet. Bake according to package directions.
  • Remove cookies from oven, and while they are still warm, use something small like a bottle cap to punch a hole in the center of each cookie. Once all of the centers have been removed, allow cookies to cool completely.
  • Melt chocolate morsels in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spoon into the corner of a plastic sandwich bag. Using scissors, snip a small piece from the corner of the bag. Drizzle warm chocolate over cookies. While the chocolate is still warm, shake sprinkles over cookies. Allow the chocolate to harden a bit, before serving. That's it. Easy peasy!
