Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Pork Tenderloin
  • 6 Roma tomatoes sliced in half and seeds removed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place pork tenderloin in a large baking dish or roasting pan.
  • Arrange tomatoes cut side up around tenderloin.
  • Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 145°F.
