Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin with Roma Tomatoes is a flavorful and simple-to-prepare meal that is ready in just 30 minutes.

It’s a versatile dinner that is easy to prepare and perfect for holiday entertaining. Many thanks to Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork for sponsoring this recipe. You can find it in the Fresh Meat Department at United supermarket.

The holiday season is so hectic. We have the usual everyday things, like school and work, after school sports and activities, and the regular errands. Then with the holidays, we have holiday shopping and gift buying and get-togethers with friends and family. Some nights it is hard to even think about what’s for dinner until everyone is already starving and asking what’s for dinner. Add holiday entertaining to that and it easily becomes overwhelming. Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is perfect any night!

This dish is perfect for you next holiday dinner party. Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin with Roma Tomatoes only takes 30 minutes to prepare. Anything that can be prepped and in the oven with little time is perfect for the holiday rush. That makes it even better for any night of the week. Who wants to spend time in the kitchen cooking dinner for hours? The key to the perfect 30 minute meal that has incredible taste and flavor is choosing the right ingredients.

A great way to get a truly fantastic dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less is with Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Pork Tenderloin. It’s my secret ingredient! Because it is already marinated and seasoned, you get dinner together in a snap, even on those nights that you forgot to prep ahead of time.

As the holiday season gets more hectic, you will want to have recipes like this in your arsenal. I like pairing this with a couple of simple sides like green beans and mashed potatoes.

You can swap out the Roma tomatoes for some cherry or grape tomatoes if you like. Just use what you have.

You can grill it, roast it, or sauté it and it is on the table in about 30 minutes or less. You can even cook it in your slow cooker and it come out oh-so juicy and tender.

This dish is impressive enough to serve at family get togethers or to last minute dinner guests. Give your guest Real Flavor, Real Fast without being stuck in the kitchen the whole time they are there. Nobody wants to be stuck in the kitchen while their guests are entertaining themselves in another room.
