0.5poundsliced corned beef from the deliabout .5 pound should do
4dill pickles
8tablespoonsherb cream cheese spreadI typically use the Philadelphia Chive and Onion spread.
Instructions
Spread approximately one tablespoon of cream cheese onto each slice of deli meat. Place a dill pickle at one end of a slice of meat, carefully roll until the deli meat is completely wrapped around the pickle. The cream cheese will bind it all together.
Using a knife, cut the rolled pickle into 1/2 inch slices. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
