1 cup unsalted butter melted 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring just until no dry streaks remain.
Fold in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
