2 large eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup chocolate chips Red M&M’s Pretzels Candy Eyes
Pre-heat the oven to 160 C / 325 F
Place the parchment paper in 8×8 baking tray.
In a large bowl mix the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and water.
Mix the dry ingredients to another bowl (flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sugar, and chocolate chips
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir with spatula (The batter will be thick, don’t worry)
Pour the batter into the baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Before removing the brownie from the oven, test with a toothpick or a knife.
Rest for 15 to 30 minutes to cool down. Cool completely before slicing.
You can store in room temperature up to 3 days and they can also freeze.
You can decorate with eyes, pretzels, and M&M’s
