- 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients, then spread out onto a 15×10 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
