Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 15 ounces canned salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and cornmeal.
  • Add the flaked salmon, chopped bell pepper, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and beaten egg to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

  • Form the mixture into 6-8 patties, depending on your preferred size.
