Making a custardy, perfectly-cooked frittata is easier than you might think, especially when you make it in the CrockPot. This slow cooker frittata recipe is equally delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 diced ham
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in ham, rosemary, potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Spray the bowl of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in egg mixture, Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 3 hours or until set.
