Making a custardy, perfectly-cooked frittata is easier than you might think, especially when you make it in the CrockPot. This slow cooker frittata recipe is equally delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

2/3 diced ham 3 tablespoons rosemary finely chopped 2 potatoes shredded 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 6 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in ham, rosemary, potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
Spray the bowl of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in egg mixture, Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 3 hours or until set.
