1pastry bag fitted with a large round tip
Instructions
In a 9×13 inch pan, prepare brownies according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
Cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter. Fill a pastry bag, fitted with a large round tip, with frosting. Frost the top of each brownie and add some sprinkles.
