- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Gather all ingredients. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
Place banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen strawberries into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Taste the smoothie and add honey if a sweeter taste is desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
