  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

  • Gather all ingredients. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  • Place banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen strawberries into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
