Super Easy and Oh-So Cute Peep Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • Any box of cake mix calls for eggs, oils, and water
  • Green frosting
  • Pink food coloring
  • Pink edible Easter grass
  • Yellow peeps

You will also need:

  • Cupcake pan
  • Silicone cupcake molds
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350° or the temperature directed on your cake mix box
  • Prepare your cake mix as directed
  • Add a couple drops of pink food coloring. Mix the food coloring in until it is spread through the cake batter.
  • Place your silicon cupcake molds into your baking pan
  • Fill your silicone molds halfway up with your pink batter
  • Cook for 28 minutes
  • Let your cupcakes cool
  • Frost with your green frosting
  • Cut your edible Easter grass into 2 inch pieces and top off your frosted cupcakes
  • Dab a little bit of frosting underneath your Peep. Then place the Peep on top of the edible Easter grass
