Ingredients
  

  • 2 5-ounce cans tuna in water, well drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
