Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 cups seedless watermelon chunks
  • 2 nectarines peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups seltzer water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey to taste
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Place watermelon and nectarine chunks in blender and pulse until liquid. 
  • Add 1 1/2 cups seltzer water or lemon-lime soda. 
  • Stir in honey to taste. Pour over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy.
