Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, honey, and milk into a blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
