- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana frozen
- 1/2 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup milk
Place the Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, honey, and milk into a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
