If you are lucky enough to get a reservation for brunch on Mother’s Day, it can cost you a pretty penny. Instead, I love doing my own Mother’s Day brunch for the Moms in my family. There are so many great make ahead recipes you can serve for brunch like muffins, and egg casserole which make it super easy to do.

    Since my mom is coming in from out of the Country for Mother’s Day this year we are going out for brunch but I may make one of those iced Mexican coffees for her while she’s here!
