If you are lucky enough to get a reservation for brunch on Mother’s Day, it can cost you a pretty penny. Instead, I love doing my own Mother’s Day brunch for the Moms in my family. There are so many great make ahead recipes you can serve for brunch like muffins, and egg casserole which make it super easy to do.

    “Brunch” food is among my favorites! I’d love to have brunch for Mother’s Day. My mom passed away a few years ago, so I think it’d be nice for my sisters and I to get together and have brunch – and talk about the “remember when’s”.
