I think taking the time to beautifully wrap a gift makes gift giving much more special. After all, you’ve spent time and energy picking out the perfect gift, so it deserves the perfect gift wrap. But what if you just finished Christmas shopping for your entire family and there is a closet or trunk full of gifts that need to be wrapped? A beautifully wrapped doesn’t need to be expensive. All of the gifts you see in this post were wrapped with items found exclusively at Dollar Tree. I found everything I need to wrap beautiful packages, including: wrapping paper, ornaments, pics, ribbon, tags, and bows.
I said everything came from Dollar Tree, in case you thought you read that wrong. If you haven’t visited your neighborhood Dollar Tree or checked out DollarTree.com recently, you might want check out what they have for the holidays.
You’ll find a large selection of holiday wrapping paper, at a fraction of the price you pay in other stores. I taped some fun snowflakes to the package above. Dollar Tree had the snowflakes in a package of 6 for $1.
I love putting big beautiful bows on packages. They are simple to make. When matching your ribbon to wrapping paper, don’t worry about everything matching perfectly. Sometimes, it’s that little bit of contrast that makes it extra special.
Push a holiday floral pick into your bow for an extra special touch. Dollar Tree has beautiful Christmas floral pics 2/$1.
You can’t go wrong with gold or silver when choosing holiday gift wrap.
The gold flower above is actually an ornament that I picked up. I hot glued it into the center of a basic bow. I especially like to add small ornaments to packages.
A small string of battery operated LED lights was added to my snowman package above. I hid the battery pack by tucking it into a small stocking. This package is so beautiful when the lights are dimmed.
If you’re not one to make your own bows, no worries. Dollar Tree has a beautiful selection of ready made bows like the silver one I put on my granddaughter’s gift wrapped in Justin Bieber paper. She is head over heels for Justin, so she will probably be more excited over the gift wrap than the gift itself. I added a couple of candy ornaments to this package for some extra bling. Not that Justin Bieber needs any extra bling.
Are you ready to hop into the car and head to Dollar Tree now?

These are SO beautiful! You guys do it all – cook, bake, decorate! I especially love the pine cone, it looks so nice! (And while I’m not a fan of Bieber, I can see how a tween would love this!). Gotta hurry and get myself to DollarTree!
The Dollar Tree is a great place to find gorgeous embellishments at really low prices! Sometimes I’m actually shocked by what I find there!
I was just at Dollar Tree this morning picking up some wrapping supplies. That is my go-to place for that.
I always seem to be stopping by Dollar Tree for one thing or another!
These are beautiful. I wrap mine with paper and put on a label. I should work on making them look nicer next year.
Dollar tree is one of my favorite places to shop…its also the closest to my house!
The patterns and the wrapping are super cute! Now, I need classes so my gifts look almost as pretty.
Talk about WOW factor!!! These are absolutely gorgeous. It’s amazing that you could create such luxurious wrapping at great affordable prices. You have definitely inspired me to go beyond my usual just wrap it. I haven’t done most of my wrapping yet so I still have time to check out Dollar Tree for more inspiration. Thanks!
