Alexa, help me relax! Gone are the days of popping in biofeedback cassette tapes, from my therapist. I know, I seriously just aged myself there. But, technology has come a long way since then and has made access to relaxation techniques incredibly easy.
With any Amazon Alexa enabled device you can access these relaxation skills to alleviate stress and anxiety. If you don’t have an Amazon Alexa device you can start small with an Echo Dot (3rd Gen) Smart Speaker with Clock and Alexa or if you want an upgrade here is the Echo (3rd Gen) Smart Speaker with Alexa or the Echo Show 8” HD Smart Display with Alexa.
