The beginning of a new year is a great time for reflection. Reflecting on years past, helps us determine our goals and ambitions for the years ahead. These last couple of weeks, looking at photographs and reflecting on the last few years has brought about a harsh reality for me. I have really let myself go. While I am thriving professionally and in other areas of my life, my overall health and well being has suffered greatly.
