You need just one container of white icing, along with black food coloring and Orange Hi-C powder to create the other colors.

Follow directions on your pre-made cookie dough. Before putting into oven insert a lollipop stick and bake according to package directions.

To decorate, begin by making a circle along the outside of the cookie with the icing. Then have you sprinkles on a plate. Press the front of the cookie into the sprinkles so that it covers the white icing circle.

Then add a dab of frosting for each eye and 4 dots for the mouth. Also make a small snowman nose in the middle. Prepare a small bowl of water. Dip your paint brush into the water and then into the Orange Hi-C and paint the snowmans nose. Rinse the brush and dip it in the black icing coloring. Paint your snowmans eyes and nose. Allow to dry.
