Kids will have so much fun finding different fruits and vegetables and other things you might see at a farmer’s market. This free farmer’s market scavenger hunt printable is perfect for a day at the farmer’s market with the family.

Like most moms, making sure my family is eating healthy is very important to me. I shop the farmer’s market regularly, buy organic when I can, and prepare homemade meals as often as possible. A well-balanced diet isn’t always easy when your child is a picky eater. For the longest time, I couldn’t get my daughter to eat her vegetables at all. Fortunately, the last couple of years she has become more open to try new things. She has some occasional digestion issues, so I still worry she isn’t always getting enough fiber in her diet.

Kids will have so much fun finding different fruits and vegetables and other things you might see at a farmer's market. This free farmer's market scavenger hunt printable is perfect for a day at the farmer's market with the family and a great learning activity.

This scavenger hunt was a fun learning activity that introduced to new fruits and vegetables to try and we found some that she really enjoys!

I had two small victories with my daughter this morning at the market. The scavenger hunt kept her happy and occupied at the Lakeland Downtown Farmer’s Market so that I could get my shopping done. You can download the printable at the bottom of this post.

That scavenger hunt is such a great idea! We love going to the a farmer’s market, but the little guy often gets bored before we’re ready to go. This will help!
