I have curated many recipe collections on Foodie.com, but I think this might just be my favorite to date. This collection of one pot meals encompasses two important things for the busy family cook – comfort foods (sure crowd pleasers) and ease of preparation. This time of the year in particular, I find myself craving comfort foods. Hearty meals that will fill you up on a cold day. That’s the ticket.

Quick and easy. That’s the beauty of one pot meals. Having fewer dishes to wash is such a bonus. The less time I spend in the kitchen cleaning up dishes, the better.
So let’s get to eating shall we?

I don’t think I can choose a favorite from this recipe collection. Maybe the One Pot Chili Mac and Cheese or the Paprika Chicken Thighs? The Cabbage Casserole and Creamy Chicken Pasta both look pretty great too. Which one is your favorite?
