TruMoo Chocolate flavored milk is a favorite drink at my house. Not only does it taste great, but TruMoo milk contains 8 essential nutrients. It is sweetened with just enough sugar, and contains no high fructose corn syrup. That’s something I can feel good about.

Orange Dream Dessert

Being a big fan of seasonal treats, I was so happy to see the new TruMoo Orange Scream in my local Walmart. It inspired me to come up with a new Halloween dessert recipe. It’s my take on the popular Orange Dream Dessert.

This recipe pulls from some of my favorite desserts. I used the pretzel crust from a strawberry gelatin salad that I sometimes make, and the orange gelatin and mandarin orange layer from congealed salad that I make every Christmas. I can’t believe I have never shared those recipes with you…. coming soon.

The top layer of my Orange Dream Dessert is made with vanilla pudding and you guessed it – TruMoo Orange Scream. A little whipped topping finishes it all off.

Orange "Scream" Dream Dessert

  • pretzel crust:
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup butter, melted

That looks delicious: light, creamy and refreshing!! It would be perfect on a warm summer day. I wish I had found this recipe a little sooner, since I recently purchased the TruMoo Orange Scream for making shakes, and didn’t use the leftover milk in time and had to toss. But now that I have this recipe, I will always have a use for the excess milk!! Thanks, I’ll be making this real soon.
