The most dewy, peachy, yummy smoothie ever … try this dreamy Peach Smoothie!

This peach smoothie is one of the best smoothies I have ever tasted. Packed with sun-kissed, thirst-quenching peaches, a touch of honey, and other wholesome ingredients like plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk, this smoothie tastes like the sweetest, peachiest months of summer in a glass.

Smoothies, after all, are a fast and delicious way to hydrate and power you and the kids for a busy day, not to mention, everybody loves them. And when it comes to quenching your thirst in the summer, you can count on peaches to do just that. As I just discovered, peaches and other stone fruits, like cherries and nectarines, contain a lot of water! In fact, peaches are composed of 86-89% water, making them the perfect fruit to combine with creamy and delightful flavorings to create an amazing smoothie.

Both fresh, sliced, and frozen peaches taste great in this smoothie, by the way, meaning you can enjoy this delicious smoothie any time of year.

Why moms will love these easy and nutritious peach smoothies

These smoothies are super easy to make and definitely portable. After just a few minutes of blending, you can be on your way with a creamy, fruity smoothie that’s part of your breakfast but tastes more like dessert.

These peach smoothies are definitely healthy and are just packed with protein-rich Greek yogurt. Indeed, these smoothies yield about 13 grams of protein each, as well as vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, vitamin C, and potassium. Now, that’s a lot of nutrition for just over 200 calories!

What I love most about these smoothies is that the honey in this recipe complements the peach flavor, with a just-right caress of sweetness against that slightly tart peach. Then, the vanilla and cinnamon help transform plain ole Greek yogurt and almond milk into a heavenly base for your smoothie that cloaks all in creamy, vanilla-and-spice-infused, yummy goodness.

There’s nothing quite as inviting as spying that creamy, peach-colored concoction in my see-through cup, making me want to take sip after yummy sip of the sweet and creamy peach-smoothie nectar.

How do I store leftovers?

To refrigerate these peach smoothies, simply pour them into an airtight container (I like Mason jars) and keep them for up to 2 days. If the smoothie separates, simply give it a good shake or stir before drinking. Moms, did you know that these smoothies freeze well, with a couple of tricks? If you want to freeze them in Souper Cubes trays or freezer-safe jars, you can do that and keep them up to 3 months that way! Pro-tip: a half a teaspoon or so of lemon juice will help keep your peach smoothie bright looking and tasting when freezing!

Serving suggestions

If you love this delicious peach smoothie and would like even more heavenly peachy-sweet treats, try some of these peach-infused desserts and beverages! First, try these oh-so-delicate and buttery Peach Scones. Oh my gosh, these are so good, especially with a peach smoothie! Or try them against this cool and delightful Peach Milkshake, which tastes equally sublime with the peach scones. Or, for an even creamier and more decadent peach experience, try this amazingly yummy New York-Style Peach Cheesecake.
