Making a custardy, perfectly-cooked frittata is easier than you might think, especially when you make it in the CrockPot. This slow cooker frittata recipe is equally delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner. This recipe only cooks in the slow cooker for 3 hours making it perfect for a mid-morning breakfast or brunch.

Slow Cooker Frittata Recipe

In case you don’t know, a frittata is basically a crustless quiche. Frittata is such a simple and economical meal. You can easily modify the ingredients based on what you have on hand.

Slow Cooker Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 2⁄3 cup diced ham
  • 3 Tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp pepper

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in ham, rosemary, potatoes, 1⁄2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Spray the bowl of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in egg mixture, Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 3 hours or until set.
