How to Make Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

These delicious Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are perfect for game day, a party, or just a quick and easy meal. They’re made with ground chicken and hot Buffalo sauce, with a few other ingredients. Serve them with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing for the ultimate appetizer or main course.

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small saucepan add Buffalo sauce and butter. At the same time sauté celery and onions in 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add sautéed veggies, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs salt and pepper, and the egg in a bowl with the ground chicken.

Mix with a spoon until well incorporated.

Step 2

Shaped into 1 inch balls and bake for 20 to 24 minutes.

Step 3

Serve with hot sauce, buffalo sauce, or blue cheese
