Slow Cooker  Creamed Corn

Having a good side dish to the main meal is something I always make sure to have. This is one of my favorite recipes. Slow Cooker Creamed Corn is a super simple and delicious side dish recipe to add to any meal for lunch or dinner.

Grab your ingredients!

Frozen corn- Frozen corn gives the best texture to the creamed corn Cream cheese- This provides a delicious richness Butter- I like to use unsalted butter to control the saltiness Milk- You can use whole or 2% Sugar- This adds just a touch of sweetness Salt and pepper-  Add to taste, but make sure to season the corn Fresh thyme-  This is for garnish

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir to combine.

Step 1

Cook on high for 2-4 hours, or on low for 4-6 hours, stirring once during cooking time.

Step 2

Remove the lid and stir to combine and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
