– 2 large eggs – ½ cup (110 g) vegetable oil – 2 tbsp water – 1 tsp vanilla extract – ½ cup (50 g) powdered sugar – 1 cup (200 g) sugar – ¾ cup (96 g) flour – ½ cup (50 g) cocoa powder – 1 cup (170 g) chocolate chips – Red M&M’s – Pretzels – Candy Eyes
Pre-heat the oven to 160 C / 325 F Place the parchment paper in 8×8 baking tray. In a large bowl mix the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and water.
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients to another bowl (flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sugar, and chocolate chips)
Step 2
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir with spatula (The batter will be thick, don’t worry)
Step 3
Pour the batter into the baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Before removing the brownie from the oven, test with a toothpick or a knife. Rest for 15 to 30 minutes to cool down. Cool completely before slicing.

You can decorate with eyes, pretzels, and M&M’s
