Oven Baked Asparagus with Garlic & Parmesan

This Apple Cinnamon French Toast is such a great make ahead recipe for brunch or just a special breakfast. It’s both visually appealing and delicious. My family loves this recipe!

– 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed to remove the woody ends – 2 teaspoons olive oil – ½ to 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 to 4 cloves minced garlic – ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Step 1

Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Toss to coat the asparagus with oil. Then, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Step 3

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
