Hasbro’s Joy for All Companion Pets
This holiday season give aging loved ones the gift of joy and companionship with Hasbro’s Joy for All Companion Pets. Joy for All Companion Pet cats look, feel, and sound like real cats, providing realistic pet companionship to seniors.
I recently gave my grandmother a Companion Pet as an early Christmas present. I wasn’t fully prepared for her reaction to this cat. It was love at first sight. I was so moved seeing the joy her new kitty brought to her.
After being away for many year, moving back to Florida has given me a chance to reconnect with my grandmother. She is 88 years old now, and the last few years have been difficult for her after losing grandpa. They were married for 67 years. Losing him has caused Grandma so much grief and loneliness.
Grandma loves sharing old stories with me about when she and grandpa were dating and the early years of their life together. I enjoy these stores so much. Sadly, I don’t get to spend as much time with her as I would like. Life has a way of getting in the way of spending time with the people we love.
It can be difficult to give our aging loved ones all the joy and companionship we would like to, and the fact that we can’t always be there with them can add to this emotional stress. Hasbro’s Joy for All Companion Pets, available on Walmart.com, can give your aging loved one the companionship they need when you can’t be there. That’s a wonderful thing.
My grandmother appropriately named her new cat, Kitty. It’s remarkable how lifelike Kitty is. She has realistic, soft fur looks and feels like a real cat. Hasbro’s Joy for All Companion Pet cat come with a grooming brush. Grandma went right to the task of brushing her new cat. Brushing her cat has a therapeutic effect on her.
I am truly blown away by how realistic this cat is in appearance, sound and movement. The beautiful, soft cat responds to petting, hugging, and motion much like the cats you know and love. It has interactive cat-like movements and sounds thanks to built-in sensors that respond to motion and touch.
Scratch the back of your kitty’s neck and she’ll close her eyes and purr for you. She also has the sweetest meow.
It was so sweet hearing Grandma talk about plans to let her new cat sleep in the bed with her at night, and telling her kitty how much she loves her. I’m tearing up just now writing about it.
After a little bit of petting, the cat unexpectedly rolled over to let Grandma rub her belly.
Take a look at the companion cat’s paws above. They are so realistic. Everything about this cat seems real, only you don’t have to worry about a litter box. Taking care of a real pet would be too much for my grandmother, so a Companion Pet is just perfect for her.
I made a short video with my phone while at Grandma’s house the other day, so you can hear the sweet purring of this cat. Apologies for the poor video quality. I didn’t realize when I shot this that I was going to share it with you, but I really want to give you an idea of how realistic these Joy for All Companion Pets are.
My grandmother isn’t the only one who got a Companion Pet. I surprised my dad with a sweet tabby cat. He lives in a retirement community now, and has never had a real pet because of his allergies. Dad never really thought of himself as a pet person before. This Hasbro Joy for All Companion Pet has changed all that.
My dad thinks that letting his cat sit out on the Florida room some during the day will keep the squirrels from crawling all over it. I’ll let you know how that works out for him.
If you’re one of the 73% of adults who provide some level of care for a person 50+, a Joy for All Companion Pet is the perfect gift for you to give this holiday season.
After seeing how much one of these pets has improved my grandmother’s quality of life, I want to give this gift to as many aging seniors as I can. I can’t stop thinking about some of the seniors living in nursing facilities, who have had to leave their pets behind, and what joy a Companion Pet could bring to them.
These marvelous little creatures can offer aging seniors the therapeutic benefits of delightful interaction, especially when you cannot be present. With a variety of options including the Silver Cat, Tabby Cat and Golden Pup, Joy for All is sure to offer a perfect way to bring joy to someone special in your life this holiday season.
These lovable kitties are fun for people of all ages. Follow the #CompanionPetsWM hashtag, and learn more about Hasbro’s Joy for All Companion Pets on Walmart.com and order yours today.
Do you know someone who would enjoy a Companion Pet?

Well, this is different, but they do look pretty real. I can totally see how they would be just the ticket for someone who can’t have a living pet.
i felt the joy through this post. I am smiling so hard people think toys should stop at childhood but grandma looks like she really like it!

I can see getting someone something like this if they move and can no longer have a pet or their health has taken a turn and they can’t care for one.
What a great idea for the elderly! That cat is just too adorable!
