3 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks), room temperature
1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup chocolate morsels, melted (for drizzle)
small amount of salt for sprinkling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, eggs, sugar until well combined. Add the vanilla, salt, baking soda. Next, slowly mix in the flour. Mix until it becomes soft and dough like.
Gently fold in the DelightFulls morsles. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, form dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes, until golden on top.
Remove from oven, place on wire racks and allow to cool completely. Once they are cooled. Melt chocolate morsels for drizzle in microwave, stir until the chocolate is smooth. Place chocolate into the corner of a plastic sandwich bag. Place cookies onto a sheet of waxed paper. Cut the corner off the sandwich bag, and drizzle the cookies with chocolate. Lightly sprinkle salt over cookies while the chocolate is still warm. Allow to set, and enjoy.
12 cookies will bake for about 6-7 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
Alternate Recipe: Use Nestle Toll House Ready-Made Sugar Cookie Dough. Allow dough to soften, and gently work in the DelightFulls morsels. Bake according to package directions. Drizzle with chocolate and salt as in recipe above.
