Looking for a cupcake recipe that is sure to be a hit? Love rich caramel, peanuts, and chocolate? You are going to absolutely love these Snicker Cupcakes. Filled with all the goodness of Snickers and topped with the candy themselves, these cupcakes are AMAZING. Truly, the very best.
You should also check out these cherry limeade cupcakes and chocolate chip cookie cupcakes. Yummo. You also don’t want to miss this banana pudding recipe! It is one of my favorite summer dessert recipes.
Snickers are one of the most perfect candy bars, in my opinion. Between the chocolate on the outside, the caramel and peanuts, it has a little bit of everything. And that is the inspiration for these cupcakes. These chocolate cupcakes look like a regular chocolate cupcake that is topped with a Snickers Bar and some nuts. Once you take that first bite and find the hidden caramel inside, this cupcake will have everyone saying Ooh, Ahh and of course, YUM!
How to Make a Filled Cupcake
Filled cupcakes are everywhere right now. But you might be wondering how to get the filling inside of the cupcake. It is actually really easy. When the cupcakes are done baking and cooled, you will scoop a small bit from the top of the cupcake. You add the filling and replace the piece of cupcake you took out. It is that simple. The cupcake is then covered with frosting and no one can tell the difference.
